Eric S. Schaer focuses his practice on commercial litigation and appellate practice, handling a wide range of business disputes including contract disputes, employment and partnership disputes, intellectual property and real estate, for individuals and small businesses to large multi-national corporations. Mr. Schaer began his career with Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, P.C., handling a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters.

Mr. Schaer graduated from Hofstra University School of Law with a J.D. in 1995, where he was a member and a Managing Editor of the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A. with honors from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, NJ in 1992.

Mr. Schaer is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
